Just be aware of the setup and be very careful with your mod list. But by using it you may miss out on some other really good mods.
I will agree though that the first version of the people of Skyrim to come out a few years ago did cause me a lot of grief and CTD’s, but this new version seems stable so far with a light load order built around it. In terms of coverage I don’t know if anything comes close in a single mod. It seems like he’s trying push out updates and patches quickly. I’d love to see that mod list though and try it out. I don’t know if you can build a comparable load order (at least on Xbox) that populates the world as much as the TPOS mods. There are some who aren’t fans of the author’s placement of content just for the sake of placing content. TPOS2 plays nicer for sure so there’s that but still you have to make it the centerpiece of your mod list. NPC additions can be problematic as this mod adds some in. It adds a lot of NPC so you always have to be aware of other mods and their placements. It changes so much (TPOSC) very few mods on play nice with it. There’s just nothing else close to it in terms of coverage. I use the TPOSC version of it (the complete one) and it’s been in my load order pretty much since it launched for Xbox. It does add a lot and has some cool encounters. The mod author has spent a long time working on this. Even on racks it will place horizontally, with the blade part of the axe not showing. The weapon may not place properly on weapon racks or plaques. This bug is fixed by version 1.2.4 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch.
